01 Gluten-Free
Prices
For those with celiac disease, a strict gluten-free diet is the only available treatment, as consuming gluten can cause serious health complications. These products are often more expensive than standard alternatives due to specialized ingredients or overall lesser production. As a result, managing a gluten-free diet can carry a large economic burden for those with celiac disease, making it important to compare prices.
02 Research
Despite growing awareness and prevalence of the disease, celiac disease still receives substantially less funding when compared to other autoimmune conditions.

03 Diabetes
Research has shown that individuals with celiac disease have a higher prevalence of celiac disease compared to the general population. Shared genetic factors, especially certain HLA genes, can increase susceptibility for both conditions. Understanding this link can help support individuals with celiac and promote education.
